OceanSafe and Yunus Textile Mills create C2C Certified® Home Textiles
On the 15. November 2022, the Pakistan based milling company Yunus was presented the GOLD Cradle to Cradle Certified® certification for its collaborated product with OceanSafe. The Home Textiles are designed to be biodegradable and are available in a variety of styles, sizes and colors. Products are made from naNea fibers and yarns or natural fibers, such as cotton or man-made cellulosic fibers, or from a combination thereof.
Vögeli optimises packaging for circularity.
Based in the Emmental region of Switzerland, the printing firm Vögeli has supplemented its plant with the addition of new machinery, including a punch press and gluing machine. As such, all production steps for packaging and shipping boxes can now be carried out under one roof, further details of which can be found in a press release (german). Until now, Vögeli had worked with partners to further process paper and cardboard packaging after printing.
